    Dubai Reagent Factory Cleanroom Case Study: ISO Class 7 Production Space Commissioned in 7 Days

    Published : 2025-12-14

    This is a recently completed project for a local Dubai client—a small manufacturer of sterile diagnostic reagents. They leased an unused section of an industrial facility in the city center and urgently needed to ramp up production ahead of the local medical procurement season. However, since the space was rented, they couldn’t undertake any construction work. After nearly two months of frustration, they finally found us at boben Modular Cleanroom Manufacturers.

    The client’s requirements are quite clear:

    • Space constraints: The unused area within the existing factory is an irregular space measuring 12m long × 8m wide × 2.8m high, with a pillar protruding in the center;
    • Deadline: Must be completed within 2 weeks; otherwise, orders for the procurement season will be lost.
    • Mandatory compliance: Must obtain local Dubai GMP certification with a minimum cleanroom grade of ISO 7.

    How did we get it up and running?

    The photo shows the setup on Day 5: Glass partitions just installed, epoxy flooring freshly applied, with leftover sealant and prefabricated panels stacked nearby. That’s the beauty of modular construction: All frames, glass, and purification components were prefabricated at our boben factory. After arriving at Jebel Ali Port in Dubai, they were transported directly to the site and assembled on-site.

    What did the client say in the end?

    After the on-site inspection, their manager remarked: “We initially thought remote support from a Chinese manufacturer would slow things down. But Modular Cleanroom Suppliers pre-recorded installation videos and monitored the site for three straight days—twice as efficient as local contractors. We’ve already passed GMP certification, and our reagent production line will be operational this week.”

    If you are facing similar cleanroom requirements in Dubai/the Middle East and encounter situations where “leased premises cannot be modified for construction yet production must commence urgently,” or if you wish to obtain quotes for ISO Class 7 modular cleanrooms in Dubai, please contact us with your site dimensions and industry sector. I will provide you with a bill of materials for comparable solutions and a detailed implementation timeline.
