    If anti-static performance is required, it’s best to confirm this early — it’s harder to adjust later.

    Too low affects operation, too high increases cost. It should be based on actual usage needs.

    Future expansion

    If there’s a chance you’ll need to expand later, it’s worth planning for it from the beginning.

    Installation is usually easier than expected

    In many of our projects, clients handle the installation themselves.The process is fairly straightforward:

    1. Confirm dimensions and layout
    2. Pre-fabrication at the factory
    3. On-site assembly based on drawings
    4. Power connection and FFU setup

    With basic hands-on ability, it’s quite manageable. Of course, technical support can be arranged if needed.

    Can it be dismantled and reused?

    Yes — that’s one of its main advantages.

    Will performance decline over time?

    It mainly depends on filter maintenance. Regular replacement keeps it stable.

    Is it suitable for long-term use?

    It can be used long-term, but for highly regulated production environments, requirements should be evaluated case by case.

    If your situation involves:

    • Needing a solution quickly
    • Wanting to control upfront investment
    • Dealing with uncertain or evolving requirements

    Then a temporary cleanroom tent is a very practical option. However, for large-scale, long-term, and strictly regulated production environments, it’s still advisable to plan a permanent cleanroom from the start.
